Horrible conditions to open at the national. and the golf reflected the downpour of rain. Lowest score maybe forever. Lucky to get into the 20s.

Didnt lose a ball though.

Teed off at 11.20am at KH. In polo all day, not one drop and no wind. Glorious conditions.
Good enough for another glorious 28pts.

89 The Vines on Thursday; 93 at The Cut Friday, only 1 ball lost. Could see it, only a metre away, couldn't get to it.
Only losing 1 ball at The Cut is a huge win.

Beautiful day today
Course in good nick.
Greens a little bit slower than usual. Played pretty steady, no 3 putts, 35 pts.
GA in the 11’s now….slowly inching towards my goal.

36 today at Dunes.

Wipe, 2, wipe great start. Had eagle looks at 3/4 par 5s all within 8m. Only one birdie. Yuck

Missed a number of small puts, left and easy 40 out there.

Good bounce back after 3 scores in the 20s in a row. Back felt great. Iron play was pure and wedges from 60-100m were best I've had in ages.

Look forward to dropping a 20 next time.

Been a fair while since i have posted in these parts, off to Royal Keilor , this Sunday with one of my social clubs, not a huge fan of the course but have not played for nearly 3 weeks, had to have a break. From March 19 to 13 April played 9 rnds of golf, that included consecutive 3 day weekend golf trips, my old body was shot, and by the last rnd of the 9 , i sucked, nothing was working, and every swing was painfull.

Given i have not played for 3 weeks, expecting a reasonable round as i have forgotten all my bad habits
