Never played it (like to play them all at least once haha)

Didn't even know it existed until you mentioned it. Excited to have a hit at a new track.

4 Birds eh... good for you, that was always the aim. You can't have a shit day if you have 4 birds, no matter how much you chop up the remaining holes.

Hi guys, long time lurker here. My local course is Golden Beach on the Ninety Mile Beach. Anyone played there? Had my best round Saturday in the Comp. Playing off a 28 hcp, [don't play much comp, reason hcp so high] hit 84 off the stick, Nett 56. Won 2 nearest pins also won on the day. Hcp likely to be wound in a bit but happy with game.

I've had to change my game completely after taking a 15 year break. 250m was a good drive in early days, now it's 180. I'm happy with that though.

I love golf!!!!

Its interesting when comps are closed but people are permitted to play. Comp doesnt change the temperature.

Think the comp cancellation is about discouraging play before they have to close it. They issue the statement “re-consider your need to play”.

The obvious response is “I’m a golf sicko. Of course I need to play”.

But the actual golf course was always a great test of golf, course was always in great condition
Note - I haven't played there in 5 or 6 years, but id certainly play it again

5 over for 9 this evening. 0 birdies but playedmuch better than that score. Hit 5 fairways and 5 greens only played one really poor shot. Low hook left off the tee on the 3rd. This is a problem shot of mine, working hard to understand what the cause is. Think I may be onto something. So hoping I'm right.

I enjoyed it not being long off the tee and requiring me to hit driver.

Nesely drove the first (my 10th) and then crushed a face around the corner on the second.

Let's not discuss me coming in from 120m or less. I think I hit 2 GIR for the day.

Probably my first sub 80 score left out there.

Played at Meadow Springs yesterday, solid for the first 14, couple of doubles and a triple on the par 3 over water to finish poorly.
Could have been a lot worse, started on the back 9, looking for a ball from one of the group near water, came about 15cm from stepping on a dugite. Both of us shit ourselves, it back into the reeds by the water, i reckon I beat the high, long and triple jump world records in one go.
