I'd love to get Buddy and Hodge but I have this weird belief that I can't shake.

Geelong will come out in Rd 1 and destroy the Hawks- Buddy will score bugger all and Hodge, with 94 carryover points, will get in a blue/Geelong square up and be suspended. Thus putting me right behind the 8 ball.

Anyone else have some totally mental theories they've come up with that prevents them selecting players?

I don't feel any good about Boomer, guy will have a pretty average year this year with Kangaroos going down. Just a feeling.

Been reported and had 1 other incident that will be looked at by the MRP. you may turn out to be Nostradamus yet DMC.

So far, Gibbs VS Selwood will be up for debate, but it's one game. Geel VS Rich next week looks tasty.. If Selwood gets up for it.

Brad Ottens, he is over the hill and will probably get injured again. There is no way he could pump out big scores:eek:

I had Gibbs for a long time. Had a bad feeling though and got rid of him on Wednesday. I wanted to pick Hodge, but also had a bad feeling, same with Griffen.
Loving my Adcock for Tuck, Mackie for Adcock, J. Reiwoldt for Gia trade that I made on Wednesday atm though :)

I had Ottens too but traded him last minute for Hamish. My thoughts were Ottens would get himself up for the big matches but coast against the lesser teams. i.e 85% of the comp.

He'll let Blake ruck more in the lesser games and play up forward which should make him a lesser force.

Still doesn't feel good when he racks up 170+

I still don't know how he scored that high. He didn't do anything THAT good last night, he just played well, not spectacular.

Wrote off McIntosh after his NAB cup, and Ottens as being past it.
+1

But i wouldnt think they'll consistently post big scores nor play all 22 games.

Mine would be Goddard who im already starting to regret. Still wonder if they were just rumours.

He got 14 contested possessions, which is roughly 56 points, 7 frees which is another 28 and had 9 marks. Then 22 possessions how effective they were i am not sure and 16 points for tackles. Then his hitouts on top of that. Sandilands got 93 points with 1 kick and 17 hanballs, all his points came from hit outs and contested possessions.

So in contested possessions tackles and frees equals 100 points just there.Ontop of that you have to add his points for the kicks and handballs, marks plus hitouts i can see that adding up to 70
