Can't believe I missed posting this one here...a few random thoughts I'd had at the time I worked on this set led to me wondering about something of an overhaul of the Bengals' look. Most notably, the tiger stripes aren't as literal, orange is the primary color, and the helmet is now white with the tiger head.

The alternate would be black, and as their "white tiger" color rush set is one of the few non-throwback CR sets that's been well received, I figured I'd have a variant around, complete with a white tiger version of the helmet (the black jersey would be paired with the normal helmet livery).

It's funny...if there are any concepts that I'd never want to see in real life despite how much I like them, this (mostly the helmets) would be among them, largely because the Bengals would be idiots to ditch the tiger stripe helmets. Especially for a white one, no matter how out-there the striping was, given how many AFC teams wear white domes already (Bills, Dolphins, Jets, Chargers, Colts...for comparison's sake, the only NFC team that wears white helmets is the Cardinals.)

There's a certain phenomenon: jerseys you love...of teams you hate. The Cowboys' double star jerseys are one of those jerseys for me, and I'd been thinking of an old basketball favorite: the New Jersey Nets' gray uniform from the Jason Kidd era. So I figured while white would still be their first choice, their colored jerseys would be a silver-blue instead of blue. The helmet and pants were changed to sliver-blue to match. Never got around to doing anything else with this, though I figure if there's an alt, it'd be the classic white jersey as a throwback.

They’ll likely never get the opportunity to use those colors, but my favorite concept I’ve seen of those colors being used is this one-

The issue with the Texans is the division they play in, it’s full of blues and black. If they embraced red a bit more instead of being navy and white, it would work wonders for them.

Not exactly a uniform design, but it is an NFL design...I've had some ideas for more creative field art, here goes.

One is green end zones, the other gold. 13 slash marks (patterned after the helmet striping) for 13 championships.

Saints field with black diamonds. End zones used to frequently feature conference logos, not so much now...but on the NOLA end, including the NFC logo made it look like NOLAN instead, so I used a retro Saints logo at the end there, only replacing the fleur de lis on his shield with the NFC N.

So sorry to pester you, and over this again. But I wanted to keep improving. I previously showed you a 'Plain' 3D helmet version. But then I went ahead and using those plain templates, created shadow and lighting effects to give them a more real look. I created two different versions of light sources. The first one I like the look of better, more organic. The second one follows the same principle as the existing ones on the system. The first version looks better, but the second version looks better on some teams depending where their logo is placed.

Ideally using whichever set you prefer (version 1 or version 2 lighting), but I wanted to do this because the existing helmets on the system...some helmets are different sized to others, some aren't as crisp, etc, so I wanted to create a set where they're all exact to each other. These ones are also a little more vibrant than the existing set.
