Sorry if i missed it, did Grizz say he went to school around there? Or near his home?
he said the house was a homestead, one of the original ones built in the area, it had three bedrooms upstairs in the attics, three bedrooms downstairs, and a large wing attached to the house with another four bedrooms. the homestead was edwardian style. it was located directly across from a high school (yr 7-12s), and the homestead was owned by one family for 3+ generations before they bought it. it was eventually bought by the school across the road so that they could renovate it as a study house for students...has to be yr 7-12s....and that soon after it was completed....the school sold it to a family because the haunted stuff kept happening and no kids would go in there.

These stories are two of my favourite I've found in another thread. Too bad it seems Grizz doesn't post anymore. I live in the same suburb and have been scouring google maps the last 2 nights trying to figure out which house he's talking about. Incredible stories
This post is me quoting the stories demondavey you can have a look

Only had 4 owners? 9 bedrooms? Grizz said 3 down, 3 up and a ‘wing’?

Thoughts?
Sounds like it could be it. Recently renovated, the excuse they give is obviously an excuse why it was renovated. geez grizzlys fam were filthy rich lol. but is it across the road from a upmarket private school?

Fintona Girls.
Fintona is too far down the road.

IMO the main candidates are

Camberwell Grammar
Camberwell Girls

Due to the close proximity of nursing home.

GG.exe check out camberwell girls... there's some contenders there. Thats the first school i looked near

Wasn’t it a primary school?
Not sure.

He said they bought the house for prep kids. But I think he meant like prep school, i.e. high school.

That being said Duritz made mention to him of a primary school and he didnt correct him, so maybe he did mean prep as in 5 year olds

Plus why would he attend canterbury primary if he lives right next to balwyn primary?
But if it’s shrublands, then Balwyn primary is the same road (Balwyn road) and the nursing home is around the corner. Remember, it might say Balwyn road but the suburb is Canterbury. I go up that road a bit (Balwyn road) and it’s definitely in Canterbury.

prep school....

BRITISH
a private school for students between the ages of seven and thirteen.

Is prep school the same as high school?

A college-preparatory school (usually shortened to preparatory school or prep school) is a type of secondary school. ... The term refers to public, private independent or parochial schools primarily designed to prepare students for higher education.

What is the difference between a prep school and a normal school?

Unlike primary schools, prep schools are designed to help pupils prepare for entrance exams. Primary schools often choose not to help pupils to prepare for entrance exams. This may be because their pupils are unlikely to apply to schools which set entrance exams, or because they want to keep an even playing field.

We went around and looked at the old house that morning and, sure enough, there was clear evidence a new family had moved in. And that window, where the builders had seen the figure, as I had years before, looked out onto the street but a large air conditioning obscured much of the surface area.
