I do the same with the car doors now after a long run of electric shocks..I usually shut them with my forearm.
When leaving work on a Friday I usually check my watch a few times just to make sure it is 5.30 and I am allowed to leave.
If I need to cook something in a microwave for 30 secs I will do it for 33 seconds to save time between having to move my finger to the 0.

I do exactly the same thing! I cannot shut a car door normally without getting a shock, so now I always get out, walk around and close the door by pushing the window or some other outer part.
