I am in the same boat as THATSGOLD's to a large extent, but that does not mean I need to be negative in most of my posts and return to the same old tied arguments over and over again on every thread regardless of the topic. We all had raised expectations after 2010, doesn't mean we all carry on like complete tossers.

And your reason for Cox getting gametime? Will he get ahead of Grudy on form? Or Witts on form? Or play wile we rest one of those? Or will it be coverage for an injury?

It's a hero call re. Cox rather than what I actually expect will happen.

The situation Cox could plausibly play is if both two or three of Witts, Grundy and White are not available for selection.

Cox is said to be improving rapidly and Marty Clarke as a foreigner in his first season did it before him, so while the ruck is a harder position to learn and master and really takes those years of experience in the position to acquire the skills to perform to an even acceptable level in, it's a possibility, even if highly against the odds going by the recent history having watched the other American ruckmen progress slowly.
