You're not seriously trying to defend that post about Glass are you? The guy has averaged between 29 and 41 in his last 8 years of footy.

And mate, all I was doing was clearly adding to the unsuccessful thread. If you don't like it, don't read it. adam10 I think clearly knows and has been around long enough to know these kinds of threads don't last long, yet these threads are continually made. I'll continue to add to unsuccessful threads in a light-hearted fashion because sooner or later the thread starters will get the message.

Dogs, IMO these type of threads should be closed or locked early. Clearly many people will not reveal their suspicions/findings. I know that, most / if not everyone knows that. Should be dealt with a little earlier. If you don't want some light-hearted fun on the boards, that's fine, but to stop that from happening you must lock threads like this a little earlier. Clearly these threads are going to go absolutely nowhere.
GS, point taken however some people may be willing to share and discuss their unique selections and this would be the thread for that to occur. Not many, I grant you, but if they are happy to mention who and / or why that is fine. If people are willing to share their full squads then this is simply a minor snapshot of that. As long as it stays genuine.
Happy to keep it open at this stage but will close it down if it degenerates further. That's not a hint either
I gave my real unique pick, Shannon Cox, because anyone willing to take the same risk deserves what they get for it.

I actually think Thomas will score better floating around the backline then in the middle. Those cheap easy marks and kicks are a god send to us DT lovers.

Porpz...seeing that he's had no match practice since his surgery and may not play the earlier rounds...he may also not score as highly as last year now that the Crows have some proper forwards. hmmm...not really sure if they'll rush him back for round 1...so might have to end up trading him out.

Same here, I think he gets a lot of points in junk time aswell. Last week he got 44 points in the last quarter and he did that several times last year IIRC. When he's in the backline he'll get a lot more of his points in the last quarter IMO.

All i will say is that i have a couple of cheap youngsters that haven't really been mentioned, who i am confident will be gems.

I still can't choose between Bartel and Ablett. Durability factor leaning me towards B but.

I just can't seem to trust the pre-season form of both Geary and Grimes. If they show early positive signs in the first few rounds i am willing to waste a trade to acquire them, but at the moment i view them both as risks i'm not willing to take.Haha, funnily enough he was one i have looking at, but couldn't find room for him in my side. haha yeh I'm not even considering Geary (had him last year). Grimes looks good but imo.
I haven't seen many teams with Brent Harvey in them. Gilbee is another at a mid-higher price that doesn't seem to have many picks on here. Maybe Sandilands as well - McIntosh just worries me too much.
