If you’re currently trying to overcome back pain, give this simple tennis ball back exercise a try. It’s very easy to do but can have a huge impact on your symptoms if performed correctly.

All it takes is to lie down and let the ball gently press into the stiff and tight areas of your spine.

Clinically, I find that Patella Tendonitis has very strong links to low back dysfunction. So much so that if you're struggling to shake your patella tendon issues, this could legitimately be the missing ingrediant.
