Pie fans seem to be a little at odds with what they want from Hine on draft day so I have put together this little poll.

Might be a little difficult to understand but essentially what I am asking you is what do you think the order of priorities is between rebuilding the midfield, Key Positions and Rucks.

So order those in your mind and then select which you think.

Note - does not necessarily mean the picks should be used in that order.

I think our main priority is the midfield. We need a skillful mid whose also tough as it centres aggression on winning the hard ball.

We will look to draft a ruckman, perhaps Renouf or Tippett. And another option could be Keating through the PSD.

With it being the superdraft, midfielders are the players whose names are getting thrown up, and we should take advantage early, even if we got Pendles and Thomas last year, another one should be our first pick.

Best availble with our first two picks, we just want quality.
However it looks like the best availble are mids anyway.
The only thing we really need to pick up is a ruckman and mids. Key defenders and key forward needs aren't as urgent.

Spot on, you just have to pick the best available & the rest will look after itself.

Can always gamble with one of the late picks but for the initial rounds, go for class.

Somwhere in the draft we need to recruit a decent ruckmen. Don't want crap ones being rookied in the hope they come up.

One of Goldstein, Tippett, Hampson, Currie, Jacobs. Suspect somewhere between 28-63 should be about right.

I'd be happy with something like this:

#8: Selwood/Proud/Boak
#10: N. Brown/Mackenzie
#28: Tippett/Renouf/Goldstein
#44: Batsanis/Moss/Prismall
#62 & 72: Hard to say this late - Just good solid prospects.

I must admit I have gone from being absolutely rock solid on two mids for the first two picks to thinking about a taller lad at 10. If we went that way woudl only want N.Brown and Tippett bc they could play a couple of different roles.

McKenzie is v good but will only play KDP and as you know that's not what I would use pick 10 for.

Rest is about right. Starting to think Prismall will slide.

Players like Anderson, Eddy, Currie, Frawley, Crate, Buckley should all be thought of later.

yeah... sounds good... but id throw in houli at 8.. was touted as top 2 before injuries set.... said to be possibly the best midfielder of the entire draft (i've been doing some research on him)...

I've heard Houlis a mad Collingwood supporter.

The talls will dominate the draft, with the exception of Gibbs ie Leungenberger, Hansen, Gumbleton, Thorp and Sellar. We have a huge chance to steal a quality mid at #8.
