The combination of consistent beats and the flow of the rapping makes for perfect workout music.

I train at a Unit so it usually just the radio...........

If the owner of the unit gets shitty at the radio which has been happening lately.......Limp Bizkit the nookie album gets cranked or Biggy Smalls

Anything from Immortal is straight fire :D

I was just thinking then........ maybe some old Lil Jon........Would nearly be as good as a pre-workout

Machine Head - Imperium.
RATM - Renegades of Funk.
Disturbed - Down with the Sickness.
Korn - It's On.
Metallica - Master of Puppets.
Megadeth - Peace Sells.
Testeagles - Like No Other.
Mastodon - Crack The Skye.
AFI - The Prayer Position.
Aerosmith - Dream On.
Machine Head - I am Hell.

Thats what I remember off the top of my head.

I just listen to anything.... literally
Music on my phone, the radio, the cricket, the big footy Cats podcast... anything

I don't use it to fire me up but more just anything helps me get in the zone so to speak and not get distracted or annoyed by others... I just go off to my own little happy place :)

I'm useless at renewing my iPod music, so 75% of the time I just end up listening to what's on at the gym and using the time to try and clear my head.

However, you guys should check out OPIUO. Melbourne dude apparently, good beats for gym.

^That sounds pretty interesting, I'll have to give it a proper listen later.

Nothing. Only what's on at the gym. I focus better without music.

When running, I need it though

What are we fist pumping to at the mo'?

Me:
Calvin Harris - Summer
Cash Cash - Take Me Home
Tinie Tempah - Tsunami
John Martin - Anywhere For You
Peking Duk - High
Tiesto - Red Lights

I generally need something heavy to get me pumped for big lifts so my playlist usually looks something like.

Thy Art is Murder - The Purest Strain of Hate
Parkway Drive - Deliver Me
Feign - Decay
Feign - Solitude
Black Tongue - Fauxhammer
Black Tongue - Waste
Sworn In - Let Down
Emmure - Crossover Attack
Volumes - Wormholes

Mix that with 2 scoops of C4 and I'm ready to go :)

Love my EDM so ShockOne, DJ snake, Dillion Francis, Disclosure, Nero etc
