Update my iPod frequently. Have different songs for different moods/soreness/headspace/etc.

and anything by the yacht club djs is fun for a workout, this is probably my favourite mix of theirs
 
Anything usually from Jay Z and Kanye West! Good old American pump up music!
 
how about what ever random stuff that comes up on the playlist, work out to that!
if you need certain songs to work out. maybe its time to get with reality!
