Brilliant.A staple sandwich in our house as a kid was tomato paste, oil and salt/pepper.
Now also my favorite pizza if I'm making it myself. Passata, a drizzle of olive oil and salt/pepper. Maybe a sprinkle of oregano. No cheese before cooking, although I might add a bit of nice cheese to a slice at the table.
