Guess for an extra 10k arrangements can be made. 35k for a non playing coach the Brookers are desperate for success.

As usual your information is so far wide of the mark as to be laughable.
Of couse we're desparate for success - what club isn't?
Would we pay that sort of coin for any individual at our club (coach or player)? If we had a multi millionaire benefactor - you bet! Do we have aforementioned multi millionaire benefactor - no! Are we paying that sort of coin to anyone at our club? No.
I look forward to your next forum instalment Finger, direct from your usual source - back of the door in cubicle 1 at the Knox Shopping Centre toilets.
PS. Don't bother ringing the number that says dial Cindy for a good time. I did and it was a Truck Driver from Shepparton called Bruce. I figure you already knew that though.
I was at the game, and from where I was standing, it looked as though the ball was bouncing in all kinds of directions...lol jks...this happens at EVERY game, hence we love, breathe, and play the game. It's called football. Go play soccer or ten-pin bowling. You guys did look hard done by though, because that wasn't happening to Yea, only to you guys...lol jks...Hit targets and it won't be a problem. Don't clutch at straws pal, both teams played on the same day, same ground, same ball, and same conditions, alas the best team on the day won...as much as I dislike their club. I have no affiliation with your club, Yea or OFCFC, but that's just a ridiculous post from someone who has been a solid contributor to this forum throughout the year. Anyone from Seville or Emerald care to comment on the ground they played on? I'll bet any money it was rock hard and uneven in places. It's called nature. The grounds aren't meant to be basketball courts.
Solid review of the Div 2 finals at OFCFC on the other thread aswell TeeS, always good to get some feedback from Div 1 people. Thought the day ran very smoothly, well done.

Maybe you should inform key senior players from your club that this isn't the case. They seemed to have mixed emotions on the significant increase to keep him.
Maybe I'm wrong but then again it's not me who doesn't think it's windy at Gembrook.![]()
That's funny. I was at the meeting when the senior coach announced he was staying. No one seemed upset from what I could see, and no one has mentioned they are since.
Had no problems telling us and weren't prompted to do so. Had no issues with Travis as a person or coach but the extra 10k to stick around didn't seem to sit well.
And I'll say again, we are not paying anywhere near the sum you were allegedly told by a senior player. Hearsay is rarely a reliable source of information.
What are you denying the total figure or the extra for Travis to stay on?
Finger, do you seriously think that I would discuss the specifics of someone's remuneration on a public forum? You quoted some figures and I've stated that they're not accurate.
mate your name says it all you are a joke yes we both played on the same ground but both teams agreed that the wouldnt of bothered them that 1 side had of hand home ground advantage. and as for gembrook there ground was sensational when we played against kinglake the wind was nothing because it was the same all day and didnt move unlike the widn in our game trust me the better team didnt win. but best of luck today hope they beat emerald and seville to win the flag its always a solid blow to have team from THIS SIDE OF THE HILL WIN A FLAG! ill have fun at deakin reserve next year im pretty sure thats even as well
i played in the under 18's yesterday at olinda and it oustanded me why they would play a final at olinda the surface was rock hard sandy in areas and the ball bounce was uneven as sevilles ground why couldnt they have played the final at woori, yea, alex or healesville this is 1 of the factors why i wont be playing in the yvmdfl next year sorry its a great league but to play a final at olinda and a major final as well
your from olinda of course your going to say it wasnt that bad. and considering we beat them by 5 goals the time before that without a full side. so the better team didnt win. we just played like ******s until the last quarter. i saw some1 fly pretty high oh wait that was me. and telling me to go ireland haha mate clearly im not a girl or else i would play like a girl. and deakin reserve is in shepparton where they play nab cup games goulburn valley league

Based on the scores I saw on the website from yesterday, maybe your squad should be the senior team?!! You must be a very happy coach Lance..
i guess he had $37,000 reasons to stay.Good news announced at Brookers training last night, regardless of the outcome of this week end's matches.
After earlier announcing his intention to stand down as senior coach in 2012 due to the pressure of work commitments, Travis has since been able to make arrangements through his employment that will enable him to continue as Gembrook senior coach in 2012. Also announced last night, was Ricky Clark's intention to stay on at Gembrook for season 2012.
Good news all round! I know that the players and supporters are ecstatic that Trav and Rick will still be Brookers in 2012!

I heard $50,000 and unlimited spuds. And a date with one of the netballers
