Agree with this. If Bailey wasn’t out of contract then he would easily be worth 2 first rounders, probably 1 in the top 10. If he’s worth the Brisbane salary rate, then instead paying $10m over 7-years is essentially purchasing those 2 picks for $2.4m in cap space which isn’t crazy.

If Butters stays/nominates another club it’d be interested to see if the Dogs were keen. If they have the $$$ for Butters they have it for Bailey and likely only cost cap space.

Him being the link man between that midfield and those key forwards is a scary thought.

Nah Brisbane. Had family visit us here in Adelaide in December and we were pulling jackets out for them while everyone else was in shorts and t shirts and putting on sunscreen. Was like hanging out with a bunch of aliens

Recommend air con temp is 24, though I prefer 23.

But I know people (wife) who put the aircon to 27. But to be fair, winter temps are low 30’s and 70% humidity where she’s from.
