Lucky only signed him for one year. Happy to let him go if he won't get up .

I like Darcy to go intense , if Clarke not ready he should be the no 1 ruck for peel with Griff still in rehab.

Putting big guys onto intensive regimes can cause injuries (the stresses involved on their joints is greater). If we are going to do this we need to manage it very very closely. Realistically if we want to get him fit we need to do a lot of high resistance, low impact work - running laps in a pool or one of those treadmills designed to absorb shock. Just running him around the oval all summer will destroy his knees and ligaments.

Coulda program ?

Sandi can go it alone. Don't stress guys.
Ruckman aren't the be all and end all - just ask the Bullies.

or the Hawks. Just shark the oppositions ruck taps and block the mids. Then knee them for good measure. Also drive home pissed and smash campaigners in to point posts. Oh wait

I don't know what is wrong with him. He has been spotted a few times running slow laps at training. Maybe in the gym with light running loads. Not sure why and if he's done any ball work.
The Ape had surgery not long ago on his shoulder and needs time for it to heal enough before he can go at it 100%, he has to ease his training in gradually but should be right by the time the season starts, according to the man himself
