Just to clarify, I mean that I would trade Bock for Zantuck, not that they were equal players.

Zantuck isn't a bad player, and I'd certainly trade Bock for him, but as others have said, we really shouldn't even be wasting our time on players we don't need.

Lets get Thompson and Waters, plus Monfries/Eckermann.

Its been said before but I'll say it again.
The only area of our footy club where we are settled and have good stocks is our defence.
I know Craig had said he wants to rebuild the team from the defence but how many more defenders do we need with Smith still to come into the side.
I think we are better off using our energies in getting the best possible result for Stenglien and push for a good result for Thompson.
There is no point in trading for trading sake.
Craig stated that he doesnt like the trade period and I cannot see him trading Bock or any other young player (unless they want Shirley, they can have him) to gain a mediocre (sp?) player...why bother?
