Good to see Gaertner as Sandy's best player (even if they were beaten soundly), and Simpkin and Lynch in the best again.

They all look genuine prospects, even though two are rookies.

McGarry played and was named at CHB but was played thru the midfield. Sandy had 10 changes from last week and was struggling all the way. Only 1 goal in the first half by Howard who had a pretty good first half. McGarry wasn't the worst but was on and off the ground. Gaertner played in defence and looked much more at home rather than being rotated and getting limited game time in the ruck. Stanley and McGrath played ruck but lowered their colors to the more experienced cat rucks. Was good to see Eljay and McGrath be rewarded for good form in the 2s but in a nutshell really struggled to replace the class they lost from the last 2 weeks
