Zone kick ins

We had an awful zone on Melbournes kick ins today.

5 out of Melbournes first 6 goals came from kick ins because of our 18 man zone.

Needs to get better or the dogs will pick it apart next week.

I posted this after round 1 and got no replys but its only gone downhill after round 1.

We are just awful when the opposition kick in.

I think the decision to go man on man was worth a go because we have never been able to put a good defensive zone together.

The man on man is not great but its better than the zone we did have.

The other problem is when we kick in.

We have no idea

slowest and most poorly thought out kick in tactics going around.

makes it impossible to counter attack, no one seems to want to lead for the ball.

Also on this Pratt should never kick in.

Although he is a good field kick he seems to totally lose the plot when it comes to kicking in.
