No problem with this. The idea is that teams need to learn to keep their players close enough to their correct zones. Teams that allow their players to venture too far away will get punished. That is what is supposed to happen and as time goes on the teams will get more used to it.

I am not saying zones are the answer, I personally prefer the 15 or 16 a side idea, but let the rule play out and see what happens.
