    Should come as no surprise to nearly all... given many of us predicted. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-11-26/voter-study-shows-coalition-economic-losses/106053538 25% of voters did not feel close to either party. I'm surprised this % isn't higher!

    There was plenty of hype at the time about him being the next big thing. However, recruitment checks are much more thorough now.

    Next season is the 1st time this could be a real possibility. Imagine if this is the top 6, along with Crows & Fremantle... fighting off Hawks & Cats. No wonder the AFL brought in a top 10, as i suspect they are worried about the number of Victorian finalists.

    Won't matter now, as 7th to 10th will be just making up the numbers. It will be rare any now make a preliminary final. This system has killed off any little chance 7th & 8th have of making a grand final, let alone winning one.

    I personally don't have Port finishing top 10. However, they are an outside chance if all things go well & usually a couple of expected finals teams miss.

    Did he really though? Isn't that like me claiming Petracca wanted to come to the Crows... I notice you didn't answer the question. In recent years, Carlton have been a net provider of talent to other teams.... though granted SOS gets excited about recruiting players from his last club.

    Perhaps the Blues could just buy the Roos like previously, which would then allow them access to plenty of young talent... which would free up a side for Tasmania's entry. ;)

    They will struggle to beat the top 6 or so teams because they just don't have enough quality all over the park. Their midfield can't carry the side against the top teams. Their draw though gives them a chancs of making finals round 0.
