Culley was excellent. Clearance work good. Great goal on the run, and took some nice marks around the ground. He’s put a good patch of form together. A must next week vs the Roos. Great to see Hutch with 5 snags on debut. He looked amazing out there.

I’d bring him in for Harley if he’s going to miss this week. I like his versatility. Can play in the middle but also can take a grab and go forward.

Something about him gives me Jeremy Howe vibes. Might be the leap and beginning their careers as forwards, but I wonder if he can develop into a similar type of half back.

We’ve regenerated the list significantly the last couple years. I’m happy to trade out of 2024 to secure Warner, and back in our development of the young blokes.

If we didn’t have Reid I’d consider being gun shy. With Harley, the prospect of him and Warner for the next decade is too good to ignore.

Warner is a long shot, but man, we should be all in there. Right age profile and already elite. Wonder if Pyke has a good relationship with him and can get in his ear.
