I was frustrated with Durds and Owies yesterday because the generally do well with their limited possessions and they cooked most of them against the Cats. not sure how much pressure either brought as well. There was one instance in the last quarter ( that period where we dropped our heads)...

I didn’t see that yesterday. Thought we were stronger at the contest not cleaner afterwards. We’ll encounter a similar issue with the Pies next week just think they’re a level below Geelong at the moment. Bring the pressure, win the clearances and tidy up our disposal and we should win.

The surface at Optus is soo forgiving. Kick the ball into space, bounces beautifully even from a miss kick so you can run onto it. No dew, almost plays like a sprung surface basketball court.

I don’t know how to rate Williams game but he worked extremely hard all game. Can’t criticise any of the effort of anyone really. Apart from the maggots, they dogged it.

I thought we brought far more effort and pressure but just some s**t skills, lost our nerve for 7 minutes in the second and dropped our heads for 6 minutes in the last. They have absolute belief when lining for goal and we have toss of the coin thinking.
