Darcy was really good in the first quarter and a half when we were under the pump. Darcy and Jordy kept us in it before we exploded.

Good to see the coaches finally getting defenders to stand next to their man. Makes a big difference, most of St Kilda’s goals were from turnover and getting over the back. I don’t recall the Lions kicking any goals that way.

Owning Hipwood is one of the easiest tasks in the AFL. We were trying to spoil a lot more than marking.

We were set up defensively really well. Biggest difference from the first couple weeks. The pressure and tackling was back as well. Aside from 2nd qtr where we couldn’t get the ball out of defensive 50.

How about some skill training. Hard to tell whatever game plan we are trying to do when we fumble and miss endless handballs. When you aren’t going well can we go back to a bit more man on man. So much guarding of space and ignoring the opponent who is 5-10m on his own.

The board needs to ban the footy department from trading our future 1st. It’s been a disaster everytime.

Perspective is a wonderful thing that for some reason not many understand. Netball is a shambles and has no sign of fixing itself anytime soon. If AFLW wasn’t attached to clubs and funded by the AFL then it would meet a similar fate to netball.

We have no shortage of coaches. Instead of keeping them in roles they have performed well in for the last 2yrs we’ve given everyone a promotion.

It looked like he was doing a good job because they were getting to GF’s and Prelims during that time. That team could’ve had no coach, no structures in place and made it to Prelim/GF’s on individual talent alone.

I couldn’t believe Cameron lasted so long at GWS. I mean I’m glad he was there because GWS should’ve won at least 1 if not 2 flags during 2017-22. Look at what Kingsley did in one season with a team that’s nowhere near as talented as what Cameron had.

Ok great, couldn’t find it being promoted. It has been called the GF Recall every year. Normally has the coach and about 6 key players.

I tried googling and nothing came up but normally every year Fox Footy have a GF recall with a handful of players and the coach. There’s obviously our own doco plus this Pendles one, has anyone seen a promo for it on a Fox? Or have we frozen them out?
