That last 1/4 was more exciting than a premier Div Grand Final. Very gutsy by EB Ressies, they have never given up all year. Did feel for Templestowe as they go totally blindsided by EB after very nearly having it sowed up at 3/4 time.
When I saw them play they were about as good as a team who were last on the VFL ladder. Might be better off drafting blokes who can make a drop punt spin backwards and not like a helicopter. Very disappointing that they have returned to drafting athletes rather than real for ballers.
I watched them last week down at Franga. They had a red hot go in the last quarter but honestly are not very good. I think Balwyn would probably roll them. Barely local footy standard.
