and do the testers merely focus on the rookies and draftees and first year players in the pre-season. The pre-season is when the big charging would occur. If the "random" selection, focuses on the little guys, it is less random than the random you get sold.

The only reason to take PEDs is to either cheat, or match your competitors taking PEDs, and matching their game. This is the intent. The intent is not to get caught. You take PEDs, not to get caught. If you think the chance is material, a significant likelihood you get caught, then, you dont take the PEDs. Cos that is the opposite objective of the intent innit

The success rate of doping athletes failing PED tests is minscule
