I have heard the same thing. Longwood reserves will most likely forfit. I have also heard that a couple of the key Longwood reserves players have doubled up too many times and are now not eligable to play finals footy in the twos.

For example, i know most of the boys that traven a long way like from Melbourne and bendigo arent even being payed fuel money. In my view its those guys that keep that club going as most of the guys seem to come from Melb and Bendigo, most of them are the better players too. So

Guys, i hope this happens sooner rather than later, i guess if BDFL were maybe even able to gain some more teams that'd be ok. My thoughts are that Longwood dont even need to merge, they would be competitive without Avenel.

Re: Kyabram District FL One player doesnt make a team, however if you had 22 Freddy Camerons playing in the KDFL if sure that team would dominate.
