List Management - Trading and Delistings

Ok, interesting that you both find it fair. I guess it would come down to if your recruiters have some players they are after that they think will be on the board at those picks but gone by 50 to see if it was any chance of going through. No idea if its even being proposed by a club, I just...

List Management - Trading and Delistings

What are Dogs supporters thoughts on trading picks with Richmond? To Richmond: 21 & 47 To Bulldogs: 29 & 31 So a loss of 8 spots for your 2nd round pick, but then a gain of 16 spots for your 3rd rounder Are you likely to even use 47 given the number of early picks you have? If not it would...

    The Footy Show

This isn't a Richmond Vs Bulldogs, thing. Why do people think that just because someone supports an opposition side they can't make an impartial comment. There's no need for some barb being thrown back about their club. Richmond knows the position they're in, I don't think there will be any...

    The Footy Show

I know this is yesterdays news now (well a few days now), but I've only just read this thread. When I heard the news that Aker had been sacked, I was pretty ambivolent to the whole thing and figured that something bad must have just happened for them to make that decision. However I thought the...

    Cross done his knee?

Initial reports after half time as a medial strain for Cross and a dislocated knee cap for Griffen. If that really is the case then count your lucky stars as Griffen's looked horrible

Probably not a bad thing. Would rather him carrying less weight on his knee and let him build up the strength again slowly. His legs will still have the muscle memory and it won't take much to get him back to where he was.

Higgins debuts; Rising Star this week?

Re: Higgins debuts. Even better follow up for Higgins today, he played very well Nice to see that even with all these injuries you've got some good kids still coming through to fill some of the holes.

    Rising Star: Minson v Griffin

See I don't get this, why should anyone take into consideration injury and reduced minutes? Why should a player who played less due to any circumstances be viewed any higher? McLean probably missed out on the award because of injury, but I don't see many people saying he should have won it...

The 4 selections in the draft (According to Footydraft.com)

I wouldn't read too much into the order of footydraft just yet, it hasn't been put in any order regarding club needs.

Welcome to the Squad, Tom Williams!

I was quite impressed with Williams like many of the Bulldogs supporters rightfully are also. Its quite surprising seeing Williams do some noticable things out there as someone who first used an AFL ball only 18 odd months ago, compared to Griffen who was probably the most AFL ready of the 2004...
