Red and the Blue and Red and the White.

Cheer, cheer the red and the white,
Honour the name by day and by night,
Lift that noble banner high,
Shake down the thunder from the sky
Whether the odds be great or small,
Swans will go in and win overall
While her loyal sons are marching
Onwards to victory!
It used to read "South".
So its just us.
Yeah -Richmond is best
never heard GWS or Gold Coast
Youtube the GWS song, its a catchy tune in a weird arse way.
ok,ill do that
Unfortunately, probably a lot who don't disagree. By far the worst two songs for mine.
Yeah the WA ones are pretty cringeworthy. But let's get something straight, none of the songs are even close to something you would call 'good'.
I would call all Richmond's, Melbourne's and North Melbourne's good.
They aren't meant to be a song you have on your ipod. They are songs that you sing in victory and all 3 are great.
Richmond clear number one for me, also like Melbourne and Carltons. Of the new ones, reckon GWS is clearly the best, very catchy.
Worst Freo, Essendon and i have to say the dogs is pretty avg too
Thanks i was half right.lol
worst: adelaide, wce
Worst: Freo, West Coast
13. St. Kilda
16. Port Adelaide
Richmond by a fair stretch.
Then I reckon, Melbourne, North Melbourne and Sydney.
How much would the Tiges be winning in this poll if you could only pick one?
Love digging into the originals of some of these. The Tigers one is just bizarre.
FWIW outside of the Tigers I quite like the Swans, GWS and the Blues.
Yeah we know that you're a closet Sydney fan
You think I should come out of the closet?
Yes. It's been too long
wow a lot of love for us tigers in this thread
I love our song naturally but not sure why it is held in such regard by many opposition fans?
I like a lot of the traditional ones - Pies, Melbourne, North, Blues. Also don't mind Sydney's, Brisbane's and actually have a soft spot for both the GWS and GC ones (not sure if it's just me but they don't seem as bad as people make out)
I genuinely don't know what Gold Coast's song sounds like.
And yes I'm fully aware of the irony in that.
Where does the old one (WCE) compare to the rest of them?
Much prefer the old one! I guess it was a bit... sassy? I have no idea why they changed it.
Richmond, kills me to say it but it is great
