If the CCC have charged him after an investigation then they likely have evidence against him

I imagine he was buying for his own use and perhaps to sell to some friends. I doubt he'd be selling en masse.

The Police would involve themselves if that were the case, he has be referred by the Queensland CCC so its a large level you would be looking at with the amount of people involved
