Also, when do I need to start delisting players by and how many do I need to delist?

Snake would be my.reference...much better talent at the first 5-6 and both decline very quickly

I would think there is only enough talent i think the top 14 all offer good players, the top 5-6 will be better but an of the top 7 in each team a good players.

I think stretching the second draft to 2 picks each will leave the last 5-6 picks as pointless no matter who takes them.
