The West Coast Eagles Football Club shocked the world today as it unveiled the first ever genetically modified footballer. The experiments were conducted in secret in an underground laboratory by a team of highly trained scientists, and has resulted in what CEO Trevor Nisbett has described as 'the super-footballer.'
The genetically modified footballer was chosen through a Hungry Jacks competition, with youngster Mike Walker the lucky winner.
Rival clubs were outraged at the obvious flouting of the rules but when pressed AFL CEO Andrew Demetriou said 'I think it's good for football'
One thing remains to be seen, will this so called 'super-footballer' live up to his name and change the face of footy forever?
