I'm thinking about doing one through a company called Timbercorp.
Looks pretty good considering you receive a full tax deduction in the first year. Seems like a good way to reduce my tax.
It is over a 10 year term before the trees are harvested and you collect.
Anyone done one or had any experience with them? Pros/Cons?
