    It's obvious we lag behind other clubs when it comes to the strategies of modern football. Talent has taken us to two premierships, but now with the list on the wane, I think we should give some serious consideration to picking up a Terry Wallace or a Rodney Eade. Matthews is a good motivator...

    Notting, Caracella, McDonald, Bradshaw, McGrath, Shattock and Johnson would all be worth reasonably good draft picks. On top of all the retirees, we should have plenty of fun on draft day.

    Collingwood won their "premiership" tonight. We won't be playing them again this year, which is a pity. I'd much rather beat them in the Grand Final, but it looks like it'll be the Bombers turn again this year. Adelaide and Port won't cause us any difficulty in the next two weeks. Pretenders...
