    I went to the club this morning to try and resolve the issues. Apparently there is a glitch where despite being logged into the app selecting my tickets from the app initiated a second logon request. This is not supposed to happen and they said of all the issues this was one they had only seen...

    I have logged out and back in several times. Have deleted and reloaded the app. Changes passwords but still get an error message in the my tickets section. Can check my invoice and see my membership so logged in ok. Hopefully the club can help. Thanks for all the suggestions.

    What is the note holder path? I am a note holder but am not aware of any advantage left with them. I would be keen to find out if as I am trying to change seats.
