    As a Tempy supporter I would have much preferred finals at Jubilee than Walker for this reason, as they seem to do better on a larger oval – although I would have said Croydon is small too, and they did OK there.

    I can't see how they can relocate the sports club, but the 20 storey & 6 storey buildings will be on the cards....the limit will be how many people can afford them at the price they will cost to build. Not too many in the short term, I reckon.
