I can't see Darwin, Palmerston or Wanderers folding, at least in the near future. I think Banks will join next season to create a ten-team competition. There is definitely a gulf between the top teams and the bottom, but it should be an exciting finals series.
Mally Rosas is a gem - I know him well. Sydney are very interested and flew him and his partner up for a meeting. I'd love him at the Tigers though. I think he'll make it as a player.
Anyone's guess really. Anderson looks to have elevated his game while Liberatore is almost certain to be rested at some point this season, at least that's according to Bevo.
What's everyone's thoughts on Isaac Heeney? I am strongly considering trading him in (I can get any midfielder under $526k). Obviously Rowell is another option.
So far I am looking at doing...
JHF, L. Ashcroft, Kako --> Green, Heeney, Sims
There are so many moving parts this week – what would you do with my team?
I’ve already traded E. Hewett for C. Simpson to generate some cash.
J. Short probably has to go doesn’t he? I am thinking J. Sinclair, but I could always go for M. Holmes/L. Ryan/B. Dale, etc. to free up some more cash...
Sinclair vs. Holmes vs. Clark
On the surface, Sinclair looks the pick of the bunch but I already have NWM.
Clark slips under the radar a bit and I actually don’t mind Ryan as a left-field suggestion.
Well put, I don't disagree with any of that.
Sims vs. Simpson for SuperCoach purposes is an interesting one to ponder. Team selection this evening may help to determine that conundrum.
Thinking of going early on Sims. Obviously a teenaged key position player doesn't scream a great Super Coach pick, but he was impressive against West Coast and hopefully can remain in the team. It would allow me to trade one of the players on my interchange (Cleary or Kako).
