Wicks' tackling has come on so much - he always had the effort as a small forward, but his tackling always let him down a bit in terms of technique. Not any more. He deserves huge kudos for how he has improved. Proved me very, very wrong, and I'm very happy to see it! -

Yep I should have mentioned him in my previous comment. He still has some iffy moments with his disposals, but his decision making has come on soooo much in the past 12 months. Yep. Never going to be a big possession winner or likely to kick a bag, but creates chances with good pressure and decent decision making, and good at snapping a goal or two. May not even be possible anymore. I know they haven't permanently converted it to rectangle shape like was proposed, but I've heard they've made changes behind the scenes that make converting it back to 'oval' shape a much more intensive process than it once was. -
