    a weighted disposal efficiency which gives a disposal eff% which weighs uncontested possessions more... and an AFL equivalent of VORP, as the closest thing we have now is Champion Data points which is heavily biased towards midfielders

    the predictions around town say if we make the 8 we'll finish 6th-8th, i wonder had we made the 8 the last two years (in years we should have) if 6-8 would still be what people were saying. What if we finally click this year and finish top 4, while healthy we routinely beat bottom 10 sides...

    My take on Wright - If he is ever able to become a reliable mark, and be able to provide a reliable target on the HFF, then we got a beauty... However until he ads this to his game i fail to see where he fits in a squad, almost all of his goals are 'cheap' as he cannot win a contested ball...

    true, but that's also implying that Martin and Cotchin are streets ahead of Swallow and Wells, if they are ahead it's only by a slim margin with i feel having Goldy at the stoppages would be enough to bridge that small margin
