    Last update I read at about 4pm this afternoon there was around 60 people lined up all ready (a lot less than usual), I think the cold will hopefully draw away a heap from queuing over night! Planning to get there at 5.30-6am myself, just hope they don't close the car park from rain..

    My bad, i meant to say $5 deposit, then extra $15 making it $20 in total.

    Only if they wanted a allocated seat, $25 to enter the ballot, then an extra $20 if successful. I got lucky this year through an awesome mate at last minute who gave me 2 cricket Victoria guest pass tickets that get free entry.

    Restricted members don't get access until the MCC make a decision on whether the reserve will reach capacity, on the MCC Facebook page they said they would make the call around 10am-11am ish (can vary though). They basically have too take a punt and wait at the ground in hope of it opening for them.

    Game starts at 2.30pm and gates open up at 8am but i don't have allocated seats and require "walk up seats" Hoping for undercover but not holding my breath considering theirs only 8000 walk up seats in total.

    Just interested to know peoples thoughts on times to Que this year for the MCC reserve? Seeing previous threads re: last year, 4-6am was the best bet for a decent seat. Being that theirs an interstate team and this terrible weather what would be the general consensus?

    buddyboy231 that has given me a good idea. See if i can find any MCC members going that would be willing to try and tee a time to enter around the same time and text me with an "all clear" to go in.

    still pass out, but scan ticket/card out on the left hand side as exiting then rescan on left hand side as entering. Well this is what they do at Gate 2 for MCC now.

    Did you see many ID checks on just entry for mcc? planning on sticking clear from the bars and not smoking for the game to not risk possible re-entry id check.
