    Round 7 vs Richmond Ins/Outs & Pre-Match Banter

Richmond are looking a lot better this year, But my opinion is St. Kilda's backline should be able to hold there forwards. St. Kildas forwards should be to strong for the Richmond Backilne. Richmond are very quick in the midfield, but can turn the ball over if they are kept under pressure...

Ross Lyon - Panic Station Time!

I don't thing we are at panic station times as yet. Its still early in the year. But we do have to find some pace in the midfield very quickly. Even though I hate that ugly flooding game plan, if Ross Lyon is going to persist with it, he has to have the players knowing what to do...

Shane Birss - How is he Travelling?

Sorry to say but Andrew Thompson's days were over at the end of last year. And lets face it , if they were serious about Andrew Thompson he would have been a late inclusion to the team against collingwood purely because he is a wet weather specialist.

    I Love Sam Gilbert

Big Statement, but Sam Gilbert is now one of our best tackler at the club. His defenceive skills are great. He adds toughness to the team too even though he is build like a string bean. Has the great ability to keep his feet when its needed which is a talent on its own. WHY HASN'T THIS GUY...

Most overrated player from your own team

Stkilda : Nick Riewoldt Totally overated. Yes, He does get the ball, but around goals he might as well kick it backwards. His a shocker when it comes to goalkicking. He has lost St kilda as many games as Stewart Loewe did with his goal kicking. People say his a champion and an great player...

    Round 15 - St Kilda v Adelaide

I have some memories of last year . I can remember being 5 goals to nil for most of the first quarter then to be smashed after that. I remember moving to the bar half way through the 3rd quarter and where I forgot about football and got quite drunk by the end of the night, but one...

    Pol06 StKilda List Review- Round 14, 2007

Like the review matey, but honestly I think they have to do a little bit of rebuilding. Even know we have a great talented list some people need to go. Say Thank you to - Andrew Thompson, Matthew Clarke Ask some really hard questions to - Barry Brooks, Andrew McQualter,Raphael Clarke...

    Ben Cousins 2008??????

In the past month there has been a lot of discussions about Ben Cousins. I was with a mate of mine at a West Coast after game get together when they played Essendon. The word going around there was that a few of the leadership group and the board are still not happy with Ben and wernt...

    Murray dropped!

True i agree. I think his lucky to still be on the list let alone be in the best 22. Sadest thing is he has got great skills but just is one of those players that doesnt get the ball in senoir level enough.

    Hawks to trade Everitt

at the end of last year there was talk that grant thomas and peter everitt had healed there wounds and differances. With stkilda needing a good ruckman this could be a way for spider to come home. i know he still socilaises more with the stkilda boys than the hawthorn. But honestly I...

Has moves to 2 grounds made clubs poorer for the experience?

i think on grass roots weekend teams should play at the orignal grounds. i know there would have to be a lot of work done to the grounds for safty and security and you wouldnt get as many in but surely the tv could cover them for the people missing out . would be nice to have a bit of yesteryear
