    I hate all the music after a goal. Absolutely kills any organic atmosphere. Personally I think the atmosphere at Subiaco was better with smaller crowds and I blame the manufactured noise. Just turn it off and bring back the drums.

    Longmuir's game plan is to handball forward of the play. Not sure it works against the better sides who bring pressure. Hasn't worked in the past and didn't today. I am concerned, not with the loss but the game plan looked the same.

    Correct. Carlton are heading in the right direction. But their backs need to work on applied forward pressure to avoid so many holding the ball decisions.

    Very a good game by Fremantle. Took all Adelaide’s strengths away. Held them to two goals for 3 quarters and doubled their score. What’s not to like?
