He had issues with the coaching staff mid year and never got a look in after that. Finished the year playing half forward for Peel Thunder.

Autopsy Roast, Toast vs Fremantle & Changes for GWS

Batchelor did his bit. Some ferocious tackling from him was a different side to him. Won't be dropped.

Autopsy Round 5 v Melbourne, Roast, Toast & Changes for Adelaide

First time in his career at RFC that he's had a run at it without injury interruption. Playing good, under the radar, footy. Might not get accolades from some supporters, but I think the coaches would be very happy with his output.

Autopsy Round 5 v Melbourne, Roast, Toast & Changes for Adelaide

I think his hardness and second efforts will hold him in good stead. Added to his pace, skill and the fact that he can play taller than you expect, I Think he'll be a 200 game player.

I don't think he was outmarked last night or the week previous, which means the ball comes to ground...

Autopsy Round 4 v Brisbane Roast, Toast & Changes for Melbourne

Well said RD. I have doubts that Griff will come back from his latest concussion, which means we're stuck with Elton. Compete, don't make mistakes, crash into the opposition when you get a chance, and give Nankervis a 5 minute break each quarter and you've done your job.

Autopsy Round 4 v Brisbane Roast, Toast & Changes for Melbourne

I do have a pre conceived idea about him, and I know that due to our list he has to play. I thought he was ok today, but Grigg,Castagna, Cotchin, Prestia, Houli, Riewoldt, Caddy, Grimes, Nankervis, Rioli were all better. I just pray that Rance doesn't get injured. I think Rance gives Astbury...

And, don't forget, or underestimate, the fact that Stuart Wigney broke his leg in the same game!
