List Mgmt. 2022 Trade, Draft, etc thread

Noticed #18 and #14 still yet to officially sign on. Talk of them being offered minimum wage which is fair enough. I would have moved #18 on anyway. Apparently there was an offer to return home to the hanger which he has so far turned down. Seems we have let go more than we have brought in so...

Humours listening to this silly old duck. The back half increasingly interesting. No surprises as to the feeder of information to our friend Carro. Best he stick to his podcasts one might add. https://omny.fm/shows/3aw-sportsday/caroline-wilson-expects-things-to-erupt-at-st-kild#sharing

Lots of what if's. Shame the VAFA website doesn't have a ladder predictor like the AFL does. Should Brighton beat Trinity and Xav's beat Uni, I await the sleeping giant conversation being broached. Both probably unlikely but will be interesting if it plays out that way!

Interesting. Those close to ex bulldog in Gilbee say the same promises were given and undelivered at Blues a few years back, hence his move to cardinals.

Vince's best yet. Any post aimed at Strauss will always be funny.

Credit where credit is due. They got it done. Well done. With SO many retirements in the AFL this year, will be an even more hotly contested offseason than ever from all sides to match the recruiting. Be interesting to see where James Strauss ends up with the Cards coming back up to A grade.

Aside from the result which has now been confirmed and we move on. What are people opinions on whether it will have a bearing on the end of the season. The split points mean the ladder effectively remains the same. The two points are as a good as a win really. Likely outcome will only change...

Wrong!! Thought you'd be up to speed with this Brian. Up to three interesting transfers to be requested by the end of next week.

Popped down for a look at Premier C at the weekend. The Willy V Kew game at Vic Park was pretty entertaining. Reasonable level of footy on a fast deck and a wind down the far end of the ground. But for some small bloke from Willy acting like tarzan but playing like jane, the game was played in...

I did head down to the varsity to see the Blues put on their family day. The who's who of the blues past 20 years, although the big Ruckman wasn't sighted. It was a big day for the blue boys who were dominant from the outset. They were too quick and moved the ball fast up and down the quick...

You got nothing better to do on a Sunday night now that I'm a celebrity get me out of here is over Brian? One could argue any practice match is a farce, like the entire JLT Cup. Aside from both sides enabling 25 odd players getting game time in their legs being the major benefit.

I think you'll find "Bez" went to Epping in 1997 following his year "playing with his school mates for the love of the game" in 1996.

You must socialise in the right circles for you to have heard that Brian. Never before have you been so right in your mail. It hasn't hit the airwaves yet, but they are apparently planning to relocate the entire Mansfield Football Club to Orrong Road. It will be a little squeezy but they have...
