    It's interesting how this seems to be the case at international level but not at state level where team management are happy with his training and work ethic. He certainly has not been given the same opportunities like Hughes has for example.

    I was dreaming of WA doing that in the first innings. No such luck. I think we should drop Davis down the order. After his one good season last year he's well and truly back to his good old self. Hopeless.

    We let Tassie off the hook when they were batting and then chime with yet another crap batting performance. I see some improvement in the OD and 20-20 but man our shield cricket needs heaps of work. Sportfm guys are never critical.....

    I guess because the Sri Lankan spinner looked quite threatening and Lyon is getting spanked? I'm all for giving him time but we are stuffed if we need to rely on him in India.

    That's what I was trying to say I guess. I remember him massively talking up some players a while back. Also gave the impression that he was very close to the players....maybe too close. Could be wrong but I don't think he is the answer that's for sure.
