    Pick 73 - Shane Thorne

I went to yesterday's training session and noticed Shane doing some running from end to end while the other players had walked off the track. Looks as if his place on the list may be in jeopardy.

Which end are the cheersquad allocated?

I sat there last year and it is an amazing feeling to be surrounded by only bulldog supporters. The noise is electrifying! If that doesn't spur the boys on, I don't know what will.....

Grand Final Ticket Registration - TODAY!!!

I couldn't care if I was sitting in row MM up in the Ponsford or standing at the Collingwood end of the ground (a tad extreme there perhaps?).

    Omen Watch 2010

In the last 2 yrs, the team that has defeated the Bulldogs in Week 1 of the finals has gone on to win the flag. So according to my omen, it's a Collingwood flag.

    Where is everyone sitting?

just had a sneaky peak at the saints board and also what everyone said on our board.

    Preliminary Final no. 7

This will be my 6th prelim final I've ever witnessed live (my 5th involving the bulldogs- the other game was the '07 prelim final between Geelong v Collingwood). '97- As a 10 yr old, I burst into tears after the game. I was so sure that we were going to play in the granny the following week at...

    Where is everyone sitting?

This gives a good indication as to which aisles are taken up by either Saints or Bulldogs supporters. It'd be safe to presume that Level 1 Ponsford End will be entirely St.Kilda supporters. It would be good if the AFL good split one half of the ground for St.Kilda supporters and the other half...

Going to finals footy with mates going for the opposition.

I just hope we never cross paths with the Tigers in the finals, otherwise there'll be plenty of tension between the missus and I. But I shouldn't need to worry for a while....:D

    Crowd Impact At Games

I don't think we have the ability to lower ourselves to the likes of Collingwood supporters with the threatening and colourful language that they display. Only those with an IQ as low as Glenn McGrath's batting average can do so otherwise.

Going to finals footy with mates going for the opposition.

It's very difficult to sit there with a mate following the opposition during a final, unless you are not a die hard follower.

Time for a vent - Finals ticket prices

:thumbsu: Same as me. We sitting on level 1 right in the heart of the bulldog supporters, whilst saving between $30-$50 in comparison to a prime or premium seat in the aisle beside us. When I purchase a membership, I don't look at what money goes to the club. That's for the AFL and the...

Doggies fans protesting? : aka Norf attendance thread.

Does it really matter what the attendances are for finals? It's not as if it's a H&A match, where the home team keeps the takings from the game.

If we have the same umpires

They were McBurney, McInerney & Razor Ray Chamberlain
