So based on having a very good year in a very, very good side - Thomas is now a better player than Murphy?
Last 3 years Carlton B&F Murphy finished:
3rd 2010
2nd 2009
2nd 2008
All of those behind Judd.
Thomas:
15th 2009
8th 2008
The Pies dont even rate him. One stand out year as a...
So Judd's teammates dont like him? What role do you have in the Carlton inner sanctum? Could care less whether he endears himself to other teams fans, especially the Pie filth ones.
I'm sure you jizzed your pants every week when Nafan played. And when Judd left the Eagles they were in the finals, not on the bottom of the ladder as many nob-heads continue to make out.
Nathan Buckley? **** of a bloke, whose teammates were forced to tolerate his beligerent, selfish, abusive personality because he was such a great player.
There does tend to be a bit of Hodge hysteria from Hawks fans, no doubt due to fact they drafted him ahead of Judd many years ago and feel the need to justify that decision somewhat. Not a Carlton thing at all.
Very different players, but Hawks/Blues would both be very happy with who they have.
Ok, as a Hawks fan you're clearly unbiased. Yes, I now agree - based on half a season, Luke Hodge is now the greatest player that ever lived. Close thread.
No - because I have more faith that those mediums are a little more informed and far less biased than the majority of BF rubbish posted.
FWIW - Hodge is having a gun year and well done to him, but lets keep things in perspective, that's all.
couldn't be bothered reading anymore of this read - you've nailed it with this comment :thumbsu:
tiresome lot are some of the BF posters (especially WCE supporters who now consider Judd 'just a player' now he doesn't wear their jumper)
Find it amusing that now Melbourne are starting to make some progress that the finger pointing of 'tankers' has begun. Seems only Carlton & Melbourne have tanked in the last 7-8 years. Every other team which bottomed-out in that period, which includes Collingwood & Hawthorn, simply...
Re: Chris Judd's Kicking Effecieny
This is why I like to visit the BF site. Congratulations on showing yourself to be the most ignorant supporter on BF (and there's some pretty stiff competition too).
Re: Chris Judd's Kicking Effecieny
Correct. I was thinking Carlton should start hiding him in the back 50, minding a nobody from the opposition, with no tagger in sight, whilst running behind team mates to rack up stats, easy possessions & the unwarranted plaudits of the media?
