    Opinion Matthew Nicks: Adelaide's Coach (Part 4) - Re-Signed to 2027...

You might have started a couple of businesses but unless you've participated in authentic leader development at Harvard, I won't be able to take anything you say seriously.

Review R3: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly vs. Geelong Cats

So does Atkins get reprimanded/warned? Surely if the AFL has a problem with Keays last week, this has to be worse.

Opinion Non-Crows AFL 13: Cyclone Season

It's not the rule, it's the fact that twenty seconds plus is allowed to be taken off the clock. The original comment made was in regards to time wasting. I'm not sure how much time a player is allowed in general play, but let's say it's nine seconds, then time should be stopped after nine...

Are these the same nuances that allow some players to run over 25 metres without bouncing the ball and some players have to bounce it every 15?

Cool, if you don't think there is a flaw, all good. The two questions you raised weren't the issue, it was picking and choosing when to apply a rule.

Opinion Non-Crows AFL 13: Cyclone Season

Of course I can see that, but surely you can see there is a flaw in the rule? Even if it is not in your top 100 things to fix. Imagine explaining this to someone new to the game. Field kicks have 10 seconds to kick the ball but if you tell the umpire, you are kicking for goal, you've got 30...

The game is still Aussie rules. Players just have 30 seconds to dispose of it. How would it effect the game? Slow it down? Lower scoring? Closer games? Genuinely curious on your thoughts as it sounds like you believe it would be a negative despite having a black and white rule.

Opinion Non-Crows AFL 13: Cyclone Season

It does have an effect on the game. It just doesn't happen that often. It's just a clear flaw, it's fine that you don't care about it. The rule might as well be that all players get 30 seconds no matter where they are after marking it, would you have an issue with that?

Opinion Non-Crows AFL 13: Cyclone Season

Is it a major issue? No, but at least the rule is consistent with not getting a goal kicking it through the opposition's goal. Allowing players to say they're kicking for goal then pass it off shows a flaw within the rule. If you don't care about that, why have a problem with any of the top 100...

    Time wasting I'd presume.

Cricket Thread: Aus vs Bangladesh test series... just 4 months away

Adding on to Concussion Test's correction, a forward defensive shot (as long as the bat is not hiding behind the pad) is classified as playing a shot if hit on the pad outside the line of off stump so should not be given out. Yet, you can't run a leg bye due to it not being classified as...

The irony being calling out troglodytes, yet the highly evolved individual you are, completely focused on an irrelevant part of a point someone was trying to make. In response to your questions, the flags mean something to the club, players and some fans I guess, just like any other team sport...
