You are right about Chelsea but they have plenty of money and now also have the seniors working with the juniors on a better pathway. Long term they will fix the 19’s issue . Told they had 30 qualified players but only 13 to pick from . had many serious injuries in the last couple of games including concussions and was told the club was very strong on the 21 days protocol.
