I believe this is not 100% correct. McLeod was invited but his wife wasn't. I heard that Hewitt wanted McLeod to be best man but on the proviso he didn't bring his wife. McLeod then told Hewitt where he can shove his best man duties and they haven't been mates ever since.

Didn't play much at all, but of those few games he did play he did fairly well, and a couple of games he showed something up forward as well. I think he's worth persevering with. If you don't want him, send him over to Hawthorn. We may need him if Spider goes. :)

I don't know about you guys, but if my team was top, playng in a final, and Sam didn't give us a chance, I'd be pretty happy about that. He's the worst judge of player and team ability in the entire football media. I'm just amazed he even knew who was playing.

It's not just non-Victorian clubs they bag. They get stuck into anyone who is not going so well, they have bagged my club Hawthorn mercilessly all season. Over the years they have continued to bag Richmond, Geelong, Bulldogs, anyone who is not winning.
